Your husband must be a hit with the thai waitresses. We have several Thai friends and they claim that it is common for the women to gauge men by the amount of heat they can handle. In their food that is.

Karen - Thank you. For whatever reason, composition has always seemed very intuitive to me--it just "looks right" to me or it doesn't. In art school we had one composition class and all it did was make me nervous. I do better by instinct.
Brian E - You crack me up. Indeed there is one waitress in particular who seems to have a crush on The Husband. (I didn't know that about Thai women!)
Loriann - I don't use any medium. Occasionally I've tried some, to "see what I've been missing," but either haven't liked them, or else have a bad physical reaction to them (I'm very very sensitive to fumes).
