I studied classical art in an ARC (Art Renewal Center) school, Colorado Academy of Art, full-time for two years, in order to benefit from the rigorous atelier-style training. You know when you were talking about the bridge between realism and abstraction? You are there. These are great.
Cute little orange rumps on these. The green pear has delightful glowing color.
More pears! These are wonderful in pastel, Jala. I really liked the ones you painted last week as well - lots of character captured in simple compositions.
