Sky study 7

Because gray skies are not simply gray.

Tea bushes, with rubber (latex-producing) trees interspersed. (In Munnar.)

Hello, new yoga class participants! My name is Rumi and today I will demonstrate the assisted-backbend pose. It is best done from a prone, sleeping position.

(P.S. I love the little "dance" The Husband does while deciding which way to pick him up.)

Jala, just want to go where those clouds are headed:)

Jala - is the 'sky' a painting? Or just a lovely photograph? I love it either way. I adore the 'dance', of the husband, too! What a great guy - the kitty just must trust him so much!

Are your skies gray because I told you there is snow coming? Make that, snow is here.

These tea bushes also look like pastel paintings waiting to happen...

Hi Rahina - Well, these clouds I painted seemed to have presaged our weather today: woke up to over a foot of snow... :(

Hi Kelley - All these skies are paintings (pastel). Wow, so it looks like a photo?! Interesting... Yeah, Rumi loves and trusts everyone in the world. He's just like that. An unusual kitty.

Hi Sam - The clouds came from my head, and now we know why. Damn. You and I are going to go dog-walking in this, I hope you know. Tea bushes pastel: go for it.

Hi Jala - Beautiful sky! I love gray. It may be my favorite color. And what a fun husband cat video! Thanks.

Leslie - Thanks. And you are probably one of very few people in the world who would say their favorite color is gray. But I know what you mean. It's a mysterious color, subtle and yet powerful.
And Rumi (the cat) is hysterical. All day long, he's funny. What a great thing, to be able to laugh out loud at something.

Hi Laurel, thank you!
