Light leaks from all things

Large abstract (36" x 36"). It's pretty dramatic in person.

Miss Lemon thinks Lynx has been hogging the limelight.

This is a very strong piece. Very archetypal. Interesting that you referenced cave paintings in a recent post. It would seem your diving into your unconscious on some level. Can't wait to see where it goes.

I agree with Brian, that's a great way to put it: archetypal.

Brian E - Thank you! So interesting that you see it as archetypal. When I began it, I decided I wanted to convey a sense of "primitive". "Archetypal" is an even better word for it. So glad it came across.

Rahina - Thank you! Wish you could see it in person.

Maggie - Thank you, O goddess of minimalism! :D

Suzanne - Thank you. It's always a good thing when a painting makes someone keep looking for a while. Miss Lemon thanks you for the compliment, too.

I'm just going to add several dittos to the astute comments above.
Something about this piece grabbed my attention- and held it.

I think Marian said it well.

Miss Lemon in the spotlight- she's thinking it's about time.

Lots of mystery in this piece. It has a sculptural quality to it too, that I like.
