Tree on the corner

Very loosely based on a photo we took in Ajijic, Mexico. The pastel is more vibrant in person.

Collection of the artist.

Obrigada, Fabio!

Laurel, Loriann, and Janelle: Thanks, guys. I actually decided I like it so much, I'm not selling it. :) Wish I knew WHY it turned out so well...it's mostly hit and miss.

Oh, Jala... this is so subtle and yet it glows. You are doing some really fabulous and important work!!

Hi Patrice, thank you! I'm enjoying this new direction, at least for now (you know how our own whims and taste can change from day to day). Important? Not at all compared to, say, brain surgeons, but nevertheless very important to my own artistic growth.

Please send your wonderful husband to my house. Paco also loves to 'clean' mens' beards! (The man at the nearby gas station gets his beard cleaned DAILY by Paco - to my chagrin!). Love the video.
