Untitled 214

Pastel on UArt, approx. 7" x 8".

Art purchase inquiries: please email me: jala [at] jalapfaff [dot com].
I've been struggling with severe depression lately and have found it very hard to work, paint, play guitar, blog...pretty much everything. I'm changing meds and today is a little better.
At least I have my animolecules to keep me company.

In Bihar, India.

I hope you feel better soon. Depression can be hard to bear. Hang in there. The artwork is beautiful, the animolecules are beautiful, your presence in the world is beautiful.

Dar, thank you kindly.

Frankly, given your challenges right now, I'd be surprised if you weren't depressed! And it's winter to boot. There are a lot of people out here rooting for you, including me. I hope you feel better real soon.

February can be the toughest month without all the hard stuff you have on top. Be kind to yourself and to echo Shelley, I'm rooting for you too.

Shelley - Does that mean I'm allowed to be depressed? ;) Thank you so much for your support.

Lisa - Ditto. And I agree, Feb. sucks in general. It's the shortest month of the year, and it feels like the longest month by far.
