Red Rocks

Still having some computer difficulties and time crunches.
Have really missed visiting everyone's blogs. Soon, I hope.
First completed painting in a while, too.

You can see there's rarely room on this couch for a human. Left to right: Mojito, Rumi, Miss Lemon.

In India. I'm guessing this is some Bollywood star, but The Husband isn't here at the moment to ask him.

Your sofa looks full of trouble! You must love it!

When my kids were young and lived at home, our house was the "go to" place for parties (I think because we always paid for the pizzas and movies). Our normal sofas sometimes had 12 teenagers piled onto them. I always thought "just like puppies" and now I can see I was right!

Trying to figure out how my hometown would react to a gigantic cutout of a movie star rolling through main street.

Your blogs are always interesting and evocative. Sorry to hear about the computer problems. The worst!

Word verification: rentlyho. This can only be the product of a very bad marketing campaign!

I like the 3 different views you offer in each blog post. Art, Rumi and India.

Beautiful color and interesting volume. I can't help but wonder what was the spark for this painting. Missed you.

Feeling your frustration about computer malfunctions and the hateful dependency we have on these wonderfully paradoxical machines.

Your sofa looks astonishingly like ours. I sit perched on the edge of the cushion while they sprawl in their appropriate mammalian fashion.

Am eager to hear about the biz venture between you and the other artist of the household.

You've been missed.
I just returned home.

Love the sofa filled with pets. And I do like your red rocks very much.
