Another beauty here, Jala. I agree that it looks like a rainy day, too, with all those greys and blues blending into each other. Along with the cold, the relentless grey skies of early winter were one of the things that drove me from the midwest.
I'm a painter (and writer and Spanish instructor) living in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. I studied classical art in an ARC (Art Renewal Center) school, Colorado Academy of Art, full-time for two years, in order to benefit from the rigorous atelier-style training. I am currently dedicated to exploring abstract and semi-abstract art, working in oil and also in soft pastel. I firmly believe that all human beings are creative, whether or not they have yet found an outlet for the innate creative urge, and that the creative arts are the highest form of human expression. Very nice Abstract. I see your subconscious is having a rainy day as well. Very emotional.
Laughed out loud at your "Jewfro"! I've always called mine "The Pyramid" but Jewfro is much much better.

We put a glass out on the deck railing day before yesterday: 4 1/4 inches of rain. Must be some kind of record for Colorado Springs!!
Hey, nice underwaterscape! Or the storm as it approaches... yes, drowning in Denver, too.
If you have a Jewfro, I must have a GoyimFro...
Gwen - "The Pyramid"! ha! that's great! Are you Jewish too?
Donald - Same here, drove me to Colorado, where suddenly this spring has been acting more like Seattle.
Pam - I know, isn't this insane?!
R - I think "goyfro" has a nice ring to it.
